Our delightful Plant Based Pudding is made with the finest dairy-free, egg-free, & gluten-free substitutes. No animal products are used in its making. Gluten Free & Dairy Free. With a NATURAL sweetness and World-Famous Barossa Valley Oak Brandy, our plant-based pudding is a traditional alternative for your Christmas table. 500g Log serves – 5 to 6 servings. 
 
Ingredients: Fruit mix (sultanas, raisins, currants, prunes, dates), egg substitute, raising agent: calcium carbonate, acidity regulator: citric acid, vegetable gum (stabiliser): methylcellulose), sugar, vegetable oil, rice & maize flour, breadcrumbs (maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, soy flour, raising agents (500, 575), yeast), brandy, humectant (422), diced apple (antioxidant (300)), golden syrup, spice mix. 4.5% alcohol
